Application Process

In order for us at The Coffman House to keep our community working great for everyone, we ask our potential future residents to fill out a short questionnaire so that we can learn a little about them. Before filling out the survey, there are a few quick guidelines that are important to know about the Coffman House:

• We do criminal background, and credit checks.

• We welcome diversity.

• No pets allowed.

• Month-to-month term, but we prefer long-term tenants.

• Strict cleanliness colicy of our shared common areas.

• Strict quiet hours (10pm - 7am).

• We are part of the Longmont Crime-Free Housing Program.

• Rooms are for a single person.

This is not the final application, this is a preliminary step towards the application process.
